All Pole designs will withstand a gusted wind velocity of 100 MPH (160 km/hr)
acting upon the structure with its appropriate fittings (signs, signals and luminaires).
Loads and structural dimensions are in accordance with the latest edition of the
National Building Code of China. or latest ASTM stardand
Materials
1.All materials utilized by Pole meet or exceed international. Standards or on Customize Request.
2.Poles are produced using steel, "self-weathering" steel Q235B SS400, Q235, (yield strength: 235Pa 24kg/mm2 Tensile Strength: 375-460Pa 38-47kg/mm2
Welding
The main body pole adopts the technology of the disposable shaping , The welding seam is level and smooth, The welding of the light post is the automatic Asian arc welding, All welding done by Pole conforms to GB/T3323-1989111. Any circumferential welds are 100% penetration with some shaft to baseplates jointed with inside and outside fillet welds, and longitudinal welds have a minimum penetration of of 60%.
Finishes
There are four finishes available for the Tubular Poles:
1) Rugh cast
2) Prime Paint
3) The antiseptic disposing of the lamp pole is the hot galvanizing and the surface is smooth and beautiful , Hot Dip Galvanizing according GB2694—88
4) Powder Coat according GBP286—880
5) Powder Coat over Hot Dip Galvanizing

•Pole is supplied with customize handhole, grounding stud , handhole cover and theft-proof lock
The standard tenon size is 60mm/76mm O.D.
